Ashley Butler joins BackFin Group in the role of Consultant. In her role she is responsible for working with our Clients in a specific functional work area in mortgage, gathering analysis information, and to develop project deliverables. After a long and successful career in sales, Ashley started in her mortgage banking career in 2016 with AmeriFirst Financial. Ashley is laser focused on what it takes to transform strategy, technology, and teams. She has leveraged her extensive experience with the top originators at Scotsman Guide to elevate sales, support, marketing, operations, and technology management. Having worked with all key components of mortgage banks, Ashley helps teams and organizations run more efficiently so they can reach their full potential. Her track record coupled with her foundational client-success mindset, makes Ashley a unique powerhouse and value add to our Client’s in the mortgage banking space. Ashley resides in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona with her boyfriend, two dogs, and cat.
