Sr Consultant
Michelle Schemel is a Sr Consultant at BlackFin Group. Michelle has spent over a decade in the mortgage banking industry. During project engagements she is responsible for varying levels of analysis, consultancy strategy, project deliverables, and advisory to clients. Prior to BlackFin Group Michelle was with AmeriFirst Financial where she worked directly with the executive team to design, build, and implement – programs, services, technologies, and strategies that would support the team’s success. Michelle’s broad mortgage background and experience in projects ranged from marketing and training to building and implementing a national sales model that would drive increased consumer satisfaction to deliver bottom line results. Michelle is an excellent teammate by way of her collaboration, communication, and ability to negotiate on behalf of our client success. Her commitment to our client’s success is nothing short of inspiring. Michelle is very active in her community as a volunteer and prides herself on her amazing family.
