Ashley Olsen

Ashley joined BlackFin in January 2026 as the Chief Financial Officer. Ashley is a strategic financial leader with nearly a decade of experience managing, protecting, and growing the balance sheet of numerous firms. She is known for translating financial insights into actionable business strategies while overseeing BlackFin’s finances and managing the day-to-day accounting while delivering best practices and installing financial management disciplines to mitigate risk for both our team and our clients. Prior to stepping into BlackFin, since 2022 Ashley is Managing Partner at Brecken Business Solutions. She also served as CEO of Zardyn Consulting and as an Accountant at Wiltshire Whitley Richardson & English. Ashley received her Masters of Taxation and Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University. Ashley is an Adjunct professor at Florida Gulf Coast University teaching accounting. Her background includes audit, estate and tax. In her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends soaking up the Florida sunshine.
