LUANA SLETTEDAHL
Principal
Luana Slettedahl brings forty years of diversified experience in Capital Markets, Mortgage Servicing Rights, GSE and Ginnie Mae relationship management and Seller / Servicer requirements. Her subject matter expertise in these areas in conjunction with knowing how to successfully do business with the GSE’s and Ginnie Mae, has made her a significant asset to her clients. Luana’s background includes all sides of retail mortgage banking, mortgage servicing rights valuation, and consulting in the Housing and Finance Authority and Credit Union markets. Her experience includes developing loan pricing models, hedging strategies for multiple product types, best execution analysis, as well as layering of best execution with the value of the MSR asset. Her strength in Capital Markets includes investor contract negotiation, product implementation, loan securitization on a loan production volume of $3.5 billion. As SVP and while serving on the Board of Directors at HomeAmerican Mortgage Corporation she was responsible for Capital Markets, Loan Servicing, Quality Control, Compliance and Loan Program Development. Luana was SVP at Phoenix Capital, a nationally recognized MSR brokerage firm and helped broaden their Transaction Management team. In her Executive role at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority she was involved in numerous key strategies at a time of rapid growth. In addition, Luana has consulted with the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority and Montana Board of Housing. Luana is an expert in Capital Markets, designing and building effective and profitable operational workflows. Luana has been trained at a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level. Luana enjoys bringing her knowledge to the table, offers a unique perspective, and is known to offer solutions that will best fit a client's needs, while keeping projects on schedule.
