STACIE THOMAS RANKEY

Stacie Thomas Rankey is a Director at BlackFin Group. Stacie has had a distinguished career in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to BlackFin Group Stacie owned her own consulting firm, Full Circle Solutions. Her mortgage consulting career includes a wide array of project engagements related to strategy, operations, technology, marketing, and communications. Stacie was Vice President at DIMONT and served as a Director at AltiSource and Clarifire where she worked closely with clients to define requirements and help implement valuable technology tools. During Stacie’s 20+ years in the industry, she has also worked with other industry leaders American & Financial Network (ALFN); LOGS, where she successfully helped launch the REO Magazine publication as well as its associated Five Star Conference.  Stacie believes that client relations is the foundation of the business relationship and true customer service involves listening and adapting to client needs. She is the co-founder of Women’s Mortgage Banking Collective, a member of the Women in the Housing and Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB). She participated as a 2018 Inaugural Master Student at 20/20 Vision for Success and continues to seek learning and education opportunities to stay at the top of her game in the industry. She has been recognized in the industry through numerous awards including Women with Vision, NAWRB, & NEXT Powerhouse. Stacie attributes her determination and dedication to her life experiences. She is a Breast Cancer Fighter, Survivor, and Thriver. She launched Survivor’s Voice in June 2021 on Facebook and the YouTube Channel will launch in November to share her story, tips and tricks for both cancer patients and caregivers.
