Kristi Thurk serves our clients in the role of Consultant. While Kristi’s background covers a wide spectrum of projects in the mortgage banking industry, Kristi specializes in mortgage process, LOS implementation projects and administration. Kristi prides herself on the being results-orientated in all her client engagements, while providing best in class services and support. She is passionate about consistent gains in efficiency and accuracy with her clients, maximizing the efficiencies gained through technology and automating the automatable to free up employees to use their expertise to add value where a manual touch is beneficial. “Automate to Elevate!” That is Kristi’s motto! Having held nearly every position directly related to mortgage lending over the past 15 years - Loan Originator, Processor, Underwriter, Doc Specialist, Licensed Realtor, Servicer, Disclosure Specialist, Compliance, and Quality Review - she brings universal value to her clients. Her unique experience allows her to provide a full 360-degree wholistic view of the process and understand the ripples of change, successfully guiding her clients in the right direction from beginning to end. During the course of her career, she has successfully implemented and managed multiple Loan Origination Systems, Client facing POS application systems, Product and Pricing Systems, and a variety of other integrations and services. Whether it is a fully functional end to end solution, or a small integration, she has the experience to get it done with a focus on training and efficiency. Her career in mortgage banking includes critical roles at National Exchange Bank & Trust, Compeer Financial, Hearthstone Realty, and Marine Credit Union.
