SHERYL ROSE
Chief Information Security Officer at Summa Health System
Sheryl Rose has spent her career in the security and risk management disciplines. For the past 8 years she has served as a Chief Information Security Officer in the health care industry. She is currently serving as interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Summa Health System. In her CISO roles, she has responsibility for Enterprise Information Security across the health system ranging from hospitals, clinics, business lines and insurance. She has 20 years of extensive experience building security programs to meet the needs of the organization as well as manage the evolving threat landscape. Sheryl has evolved her experience to an enterprise security level as security risks have grown past the typical technology environment to include areas such as medical device, physical security governance, and third-party risk management.  Her recent activities include ongoing cybersecurity improvements, continued risk management focus and security around new and evolving threats. Prior to her time with Summa Health, Sheryl was the Senior Vice President/Chief Information Security Officer at Catholic Health Initiatives and Vice President of Global Security Operations at First Data Corporation. Sheryl’s strengths revolve around balancing the security risk and business needs of the organization, establishing strong technical teams, translating and communicating technical security risk into common business issues and driving a strategic direction with a strong focus on business need, security, and financial acumen. Sheryl is a frequent speaker at multiple technical and risk management conferences. She serves on the Board of Regis University – College of Computer & Information Sciences and was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT, by Health Data Management.

DAVID ZUGHERI
Founder, Morgan Rockwood Properties, LLC | Houston, TX
David Zugheri is the founder and CEO of Morgan Rockwood Properties, LLC based in Houston. Morgan Rockwood is a boutique private lender in charge of investing funds for the Zugheri Trust. Prior to this, Zugheri was the co-founder of Houston-based Envoy Mortgage, formed in 1997 as First Houston Mortgage as a two-man operation. Upon his successful exit in 2014, Envoy Mortgage was in the top 50 largest lenders in the nation originating loans in 48 states and employing more than 1200 people worldwide. Prior to Envoy Mortgage, Zugheri started his career at the Resolution Trust Corporation, North American and Irwin Mortgage. Zugheri holds the Mortgage Bankers Association's Certified Mortgage Banker and Certified Mortgage Technologist designations and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and various mortgage and real estate media outlets. Zugheri earned a B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1992. His community interests include numerous philanthropic initiatives, teaching School of Mortgage Banking for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and participating on numerous advisory boards including Rawls School of Business (Texas Tech University) and the Houstonian Club.

MATT TESKEY

Matt Teskey is Senior Vice President of Retail Production at AmeriSave Mortgage. In his former role he was the President of Goldwater Bank’s Mortgage Division. Matt has been responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the retail mortgage business including sales, operations, secondary marketing, compliance, policy & procedure, public relations, information technology and legal. Matt is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and has over 20 years of mortgage business experience spanning retail, wholesale and correspondent lending. Additionally, Matt served as the Chief Operating Officer of a mid-sized mortgage bank, Weststar Mortgage Corporation.

PAUL EMMEL

Paul graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A. in Finance. Immediately after college Paul entered the Brinkman Froemming Umpire School in Florida. Paul then spent eight years in the Minor Leagues before being called up and has now umpired for Major League Baseball the last 20 years. His distinguished resume includes working the World-Series, All-Star Games, and numerous Championship Series.’ Most importantly, Paul is recognized for his brilliance in the board room, steadily challenging corporate norms to help businesses and charities grow. As a thought-leader Paul focuses on effective design and implementation of strategies that will improve both the overall performance and the bottom-line while driving client satisfaction. Paul serves on the Executive Board of Umps Care Charity where he is responsible for helping the charity make sound business decisions that will protect the vision, mission, and objectives of Umps Care. Paul also oversees the annual College Scholarship Program and in part is responsible for the strategy, operations, and investment of the annual scholarship donation to the program benefactors. Paul has served on the Colorado State Executive Board (Treasurer) of Boy Scouts of America, responsible for recruiting, and hiring process within the Lutheran Church. Paul has served as Director of Friends of Adopted Families – a group that supports and pairs families with foster care and adoption networks.

JAMES MCINNINS

James real estate development company was responsible for building and selling numerous retail outlet malls and chains throughout the Western United States. James was founder and CEO of M&M Financial Group, a residential home builder, responsible for building numerous subdivisions throughout Utah, including a potential thirty-five-acre project located next to the Four Seasons on the Big Island of Hawaii. His extensive experience in the financial services industry and vision for how the mortgage industry require blockchain technology, James recently launched a firm called Lender Blocks, which is being well positioned as a market leader of Blockchain Technology in the mortgage banking space. James has dedicated his career to projects and investments that positively impact the marketplace.
